How often should I apply the Maxi-Peel Solution?
Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution is recommended to use only once at night after you wash your face with Maxi-Peel Facial Wash then apply the moisturizing cream after.
Is it normal to experience itchiness and stinging?
If you experience itchiness or stinging, remember to apply the Maxi-Peel Moisturizing Cream at night or you can use the Solution every other day so itchiness will subside. When we use exfoliants, our skin may sometimes become dry that’s why it may be itchy. We apply Moisturizing Cream since it provides maximum moisture to keep skin soft, smooth, and supple to avoid our skin from being dry and itchy.
Is it normal to experience redness and peeling?
Redness and peeling is a part of the exfoliation process. Don’t worry - it simply signals that the product is working. Skin redness is normal on first few days of treatment of Maxi – Peel. Skin redness will be reduced once your skin is able to adjust to Maxi – Peel Exfoliant Solution. Keep using Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solutions and see visible results. To cover up the peeling, you may opt to use Maxi-Peel Concealing Cream when you go out.
Is it normal to have breakouts?
Experiencing breakouts are a normal part of the exfoliation process of Maxi-Peel. That is when your skin is purging out deep impurities as it removes old skin cells to help reveal renewed skin. Continue the regimen up to 60 days and follow the 1 month rest period regimen by replacing Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution with the Maxi-Peel Facial Cleanser. Keep on using the Maxi-Peel Complementary products like Maxi-Peel Facial Wash, Maxi-Peel Sun Protection Cream and Maxi-Peel Moisturizing Cream as maintenance to help you achieve renewed skin.
How can I identify if my skin condition is mild, moderate, or severe?

Can I use Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution or Maxi-Peel Zero when I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Maxi-Peel is NOT to be used by pregnant and lactating women. You may use Maxi-Peel after you have stopped breastfeeding. If you want to try other Maxi-Peel products or other brands while you are pregnant/breastfeeding, we suggest that you consult with your doctor as pregnant and breastfeeding women need to be more cautious on the products they want to apply on their skin, thus, consulting your doctor with the products you want to try is necessary. When pregnant, hormonal changes makes skin becomes sensitive. We can only recommend to use mild products, like Maxi-Peel Facial Wash, Facial Cleanser, Moisturizing Cream and Sun Protection Cream.
Why is the peeling and lightening uneven on my face?
Skin peeling and lightening on the face does not happen all at the same time meaning there are parts of the face that peel and/or lighten faster than other parts. The forehead usually peels off dead skin cells much slower than parts of the face, like your cheeks. It will take some time before the skin tone of all parts of the face gets even. Just trust the process and keep using Maxi-Peel for 60 days.
How do I know if I’ll get an allergic reaction?
Perform first a skin patch test using cotton and apply Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution on your inner arm in the morning, noon, and evening. If no irritation occurs within 24-48 hours, you can go ahead and use the product.
Why is my skin darker after using Maxi-Peel?
The darkening could be from redness which is a normal skin reaction especially if you’re a first time user. Please apply the solution with one to two drops gently in upward circular motions. Don’t rub the cotton too hard on your skin. Be sure the cotton ball is also not very wet. Also to put Sun Protection Cream 30 mins before going out and avoid direct sun exposure. Re-apply after 4-5 hours. Continuous treatment of Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution beyond 2 months may also cause darkening on skin if you’re always always exposed to sunlight. The proper regimen is to use Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution for 2 months & then observe rest period for 1 month. Continue the treatment as needed for as long as you strictly observe rest period for one month after two months use.
What is the difference of Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution and Maxi-Peel Zero?
Maxi-Peel Exfoliants deliver excellent results in clearing and smoothening your skin from blemishes, pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. The solution delivers visible skin peeling and you will experience redness and little stinging.
Maxi-Peel Zero Micro-Exfoliant Fluid is a micro-exfoliant solution that helps in the removal of dead skin cells to help prevent the development of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads, done gently with zero redness and zero peeling. We don't recommend to use on the other part of skin. For your body, we can recommend to use the Maxi-Peel Exfoliant soap.
I’m starting to get rashes/ my face is swelling/ I noticed papules. What do I do?
Immediately stop using the product. Wash your face with mild soap/ facial wash and water. If you see hives or rashes, itching or itchy bumps, then you have an allergic reaction. If irritation persists, you must discontinue product use and see a doctor immediately.
Can I apply the Maxi-Peel solution twice a day?
Remember, Maxi-Peel Solution is only recommended to use once at night after washing your face with Maxi-Peel Facial Wash. It is important to apply Maxi-Peel Sun Protection Cream while exfoliating in the morning. Also, avoid using other brands while using Maxi-Peel. Other brands might not complement with the formulation of Maxi-Peel and might cause adverse reactions to your skin.
If there are improvements on my skin in less than 2 months/a month of using the solution #3 or #2, is that okay to switch to lower variant?
Yes, it is okay to switch to lower variant if there are improvements on your skin. Use the solution up to 2 months then observe the one month rest period. Always remember to apply Maxi-Peel Sun Protection Cream in the morning for skin protection from harmful UV rays of the sun.
What happens if I don’t finish the 60 days? Will there be side effects?
There’s are no side effects if you stop using Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solution before the suggested 2 months of treatment. However, we still encourage that you finish the proper regimen of 2 months usage and observe 1 month rest period.
What would be my regimen after 2 months of using Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solutions?
Remember, after 2 months treatment with Maxi-Peel Solution, replace it with Maxi-Peel facial cleanser for 1 month which you can use twice a day (night and morning). Continue to use the Maxi-Peel maintenance products like Facial Wash, Sun Protection Cream and Moisturizing Cream.
Why is my skin oilier?
While exfoliating, your skin becomes dry. Skin compensates the stripped off moisture by producing more oil which makes skin more oily. Best is to help your skin moisturize by using the Moisturizing Cream at night and the Sun Protection Cream in the morning.
Why am I not peeling? Is that normal?
Those who have an oily skin type sometimes don't see the peeling as visibly. While exfoliating your skin will get dry and it will produce excess oil to help moisturize the dried skin. We recommend that you put the Moisturizing Cream at night after using the solution and use oil control films to help get rid of excess oil.
Can I use Maxi-Peel to prevent the pimples from coming out during my menstrual period?
Pimples from menstrual cycle cannot be prevented from coming out because that's an expected occurrence which is brought about by hormonal changes that's happening during this time, regardless if you're taking medication. However , Maxi Peel can help treat these pimples once they surface on your skin.
What would be the effect if I use both of the Maxi-Peel Exfoliant Solutions with other exfoliants?
Use of other exfoliants with Solution may cause adverse reaction on skin and as the alcohol content may already be too high. Best to stick with the regimen to maximize results and avoid skin irritation.
Can Maxi-Peel make my skin whiter?
Yes. One of our key ingredients is Hyroquinone, which treats hyperpigmentation and in effect, makes your skin lighter.
